2007年3月27日 · I'll post pictures of the Mississippi I built with cage masts. that should make it a little easier to understand. Once you do it, you can make a brass cage mast in 45 minutes. This is the book that describes the method (Ship Modeling from Scratch: Tips and Techniques for Building Without Kits). It's a good resource on scratch building.

2022年1月20日 · I can't model well enough to do the cage mast, so if you want a Gen 2, then delete the foremast and bridge, and slap down a cage mast just aft of the conning tower. the bridge was the same shape, just reduced from a partially-enclosed structure to a platform. reference the thread on Armored cruiser plans for a snapshot of the Gen 2

2021年12月21日 · This is the superstructure for ARA Moreno (sister of Rivadavia) as used for Christopher's ship. There is no cage mast included (I built that out of brass wire and soldered it together in a jig, as in the Fleet Ops 144 article). The zipped file has everything in parts as well as one large .stl showing everything together.
