Cai Dafeng (Chinese: 蔡达峰; pinyin: Cài Dáfēng; born 1960) is a Chinese politician and architect currently serving as chairperson of the Central Committee of the China Association for Promoting Democracy (2017–present) and Vice Chairperson of the 13th National People's Congress Standing Committee (2018–present).

Cai began his first job in July 1985. He graduated from the Department of Architecture, Tongji University where he completed a graduate program in architecture history and theories.

Cai Dafeng is a current Vice Chairperson of the National People's Congress. Sanctions On 7 December 2020, Cai was sanctioned by the United States under Executive Order 13936 for his role in implementing the Hong Kong national security law in Hong Kong.
