Cambo Estate lies on the east coast of Fife, 7 miles south of St Andrews. The present day estate, which has been in the Erskine family for over 300 years, dates from the late 18th and early 19th centuries. It is included in ‘An Inventory of Gardens and Designed Landscapes in Scotland’ as an important example of a picturesque, model estate.

Cambo Estate lies close to the village of Kingsbarns in north-east Fife, Scotland. It is within the East Neuk, 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) south-east of St Andrews. At the heart of the estate lies the 19th-century Cambo House, the home of Sir Peter Erskine, Bt and Lady Catherine Erskine.

Housed in the historic Cambo stables complex, the centre hosts an exhibition exploring the history, gardens and designed landscape of Cambo Estate, wonderful cafe for hearty lunches and homebaking and a nature play area for young children.

Cambo, situated in the East Neuk of Fife, lies some 3km (2 miles) north of Crail. The designed landscape and model farm policies extend along the Forth shore, on a coastal terrace, cut by a lowland den formed by the Cambo Burn.
