2013年5月3日 · Our study reveals an unexpected role of cyclic AMP (cAMP)‐dependent protein kinase (PKA) in promoting LATS‐mediated Ser381 phosphorylation, and thus full inactivation, of YAP. Moreover, we demonstrate that NF2 plays a role as an AKAP (A‐kinase‐anchoring protein) in the cAMP/PKA–LATS–YAP pathway.
