2023年10月4日 · Hyperlinks are clickable in the "classic" desktop Outlook, but when I try the "new" Outlook the hyperlinks are no longer clickable, and they can only be reached by a Copy/Paste operation. I tried Katherine's fix, but there is no "File" tab in the new Outlook. The "Repair" option was also unsuccessful. Rick Denver

Restarted Outlook (links still worked) Switched back to the New Outlook >>> Was required to pick a UI Theme (clicked OK to accept the default, previously I had never seen this dialog) Links now seem to work in New Outlook ;-)

Go to Apps > Default apps. Scroll down and click on Choose default apps by protocol. Scroll down to MAILTO and select Microsoft Outlook as the default app.

" I can still right click and copy and paste the link in Edge, but that's more work. I've tried using The New Outlook option in the upper-right field of the Outlook page, but nothing seems to happen.
