2015年2月6日 · Why doesn't batman fly around in a power armour? because while he can make a power armour, it is big, flashy, and not at all stealthy (at least not until Batman Beyond). It is fine when he knows superman is coming, but not so useful when he's trying to follow Joker or Penguin's henchmen so he can discover the hideout.
How can Batman fly with his suit, instead of skydiving?
Batman doesn't fly, he glides. Example instances: Dark Knight Trilogy; Arkham Series (Video Games) Comics; Animated TV Shows and DCAU Movies; Batman Beyond on the other hand does fly with the help of rocket boots.

2018年3月6日 · Sure does nowadays. But Batman using his cape as a glider is a more recent invention that really only became popular with Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, and the Arkham games. Back when Justice League was airing it really hadn't come about yet. Back then he would use the Batwing, a jetpack, or a actual glider to fly.

And in some versions he can use it as a glider. Everyone knows that if you can fly you shouldn't wear a cape. You'll just get sucked into a jet engine. No Capes!

Some Snyder fanboy was trying to trash Batman Begins by saying Batman kills Ra’s. Like dude. In that scene, Batman says, out loud, “I’m not going to kill you. But I don’t have to save you.” And parachutes (essentially) out the elevated car. Ra’s, rather than trying to jump out and live, closes his eyes and accepts his death.

As others have mentioned he has had jetpacks and wings in other iterations (Batman Beyond, Kingdom Come, the Hellbat armor, etc.), but it's usually sort of gimmicky. Robin does use a jetpack during the Night of Owls issue of Batman and Robin.
Do you prefer Batman with a cape that has flight capabilities
From my observation playing Arkham City, it's similarish, but he can't stay in the air as long as he can in Arkham Knight. He can stay in the air longer in Arkham City than in Arkham Asylum though. I'd say that Arkham Asylum game would be closest to the comics as he can't glide nearly as long as in the other two Arkham games I mentioned.

But seriously, without a bunch of complementary powers, Flight isn't a particularly good crime fighting power, it mostly just lets you get to the crime faster.
