Cancer is an antagonist in Milky Way and the Galaxy Girls. Cancer wears a vest, pants, hat, skates, and shades, all of which are blue. He also wears a black belt with a golden crab on it. His skates and earrings are the cancer symbol (♋︎). He also has brown hair and a beard.

Milky Way and the Galaxy Girls (MWGG or MWatGG for short) is an original series concept created by Lauren Faust. It is inspired by 80's Strawberry Shortcake, except the characters are girls that are personifications of planets, not fruits.
