The R6 Mark II falls nicely into my price range, and the specs match what I need, but I'm a bit weary of what I've read about the camera overheating when shooting video. I've seen a couple camera-review websites that insist that the Mark II fixed the overheating issues of the original R6 release, but I'd love to hear some actual user feedback ...

Hello. I'm a wedding videographer, and last year I upgraded my main camera from the Canon 90D to the Canon R7 so I could film 4k/60fps. I love the R7! I had heard about some potential overheating issues but it hasn't been an issue for me thus far. I recently decided to make the R7 my 2nd body and upgrade to the R6 Mark II.

Sadly, I'd have to get a canon 70-200 f2.8, because my current one is an older Nikon 80-200 2.8. Love this lens and it's built like a tank but it's old and ready for retirement anyway (once it took a direct hit from hockey puck from 20ft away during a D1 game.
