2020年7月12日 · Hello, this past thursday I went to get a car through pre-calification with Capital One. I am still shocked that I got the car I wanted. I thought they'd straight denied me because of my repo from 3 yrs ago and a late payment with capital one themselves. Anyway my question is i cant find a way to access the loan online.

2015年12月14日 · Re: Capital One online - removing closed accounts I believe you can call customer service and have them delete your profile. You will then need to create a new profile and re-link your card.

2023年2月4日 · Now 2 weeks later, got letter from Capital One saying they need my drivers license, social security card, proof of residence, utility, and bank statements. Called them and they are insisting this is to "prevent me from being victim of fraud" - but I feel this is an income verification. I don't even have a SS card (lost it many years ago).
