Capoeira (Portuguese pronunciation: [kapuˈe (j)ɾɐ]) is an Afro-Brazilian martial art and game that includes elements of dance, acrobatics, music and spirituality. It is known for its acrobatic and complex manoeuvres, often involving hands on the ground and inverted kicks.
