2008年12月10日 · To drain and store, I just put the neck of the carboy in a hole, and secure the carboy in place by wrapping a bungy around it securing each bungy hook in an eye screw. When brews are aging, I can place them in the same spot just turned upright. Of course this could be built to any size and could be multi-level. This just fit my needs.

2007年7月7日 · I lay this on the mouth of the BB, then put on the orange carboy cap - the gasket lifts the cap up just far enough for the bottom ridge to seal against the flange around the mouth of the BB. The only problem with these gaskets is that they are just barely big enough to work - 1 7/8 inches diameter, where 2 inches would be perfect.

The carboy exploded and severed his femoral artery. The brother was dead in a minute or two.
