2023年2月22日 · W59 is rated 50M where the F91 is rated WR. The lug to lug is shorter on the W59 making it more comfortable to wear especially for a smaller wrist. The colors are much more vibrant on the W59. Both are rated to 7 year battery life. The F91 lugs are covered where the W59 lugs are open. F91 is very popular selling I believe 3 million units a year.

2018年2月28日 · I think the A158 ticks all the same boxes as the F-91W except it looks a little more classy than the black plastic resin. Another alternative to that one would be the Casio F-91WM-7ACF this obviously is another F-91W just in a different color scheme. The F-91W is known for its simplicity and durability, while its shinier brother, the A158W, has a more premium look. Both watches are water-resistant and feature a backlight, alarm, stopwatch, and calendar.

Casio still makes money on these and it's easy to make them without casio's level of quality. A low cost low risk fake where people don't get too upset when detected is a much safer and has a more stable market than high value, high stakes fakes where the buyer might decide to do something about it.

2023年6月18日 · the lighting is excellent and in principle, on the Casio F91W, the lighting is known to be very bad. Despite this, the watch seems to work very well and keeps time well (about +15 seconds / month) I would like to know your opinions on this subject.

2019年7月21日 · The entire collection itself probably took about 3-4 years to get, so that's W/E, but the wood stands took forever to build and the last one (the Casio F-91W Black/Gold with Blackground mod) isn't entirely fully stained, so I'll do that when I get a chance. it's been a fun journey, but I'm almost done.

2023年6月2日 · Whenever I buy an F-91W I change the battery and I know that it will be enough for the entire useful life of the watch, almost 20 years . just cutting a circle the size of the CR 2032 battery in the tin cover that comes with the original battery, insert the 2032 without that piece of cover but leave the button contacts that come in that same cover intact.

With this goal in mind I decided to take on modding the classic Casio F-91W to be Bluetooth capable. Here is a little glimpse of some of the work that went into it: My original vision was broken down to three things; have a very simple smart watch that provided notifications from my phone, keep the original look & feel, and long battery life.

2022年3月31日 · People often ask me what watch they should get for ‘X’ amount of money, usually it’s around $200 or maybe even $500. I almost always point them toward the $16 F91W. Seriously guys, if you don’t have one, do yourself a favor and order one. You will grow to appreciate Casio and smaller watches more. I truly enjoy wearing this watch.
