Jan 29, 2012 · Just like any other cat except you need to remove the jake / vva housings to set valves and injectors. Set valves and injectors on TC compression, rotate 360 to TC exhaust, set valves and injectors. Install jakes and VVA housings. Set 3-5-6 VVA and 2-4-6 exhausts. Rotate 360 again then do 1-2-4 VVA and 1-3-5 exhaust. Use new VVA housing o-rings.

But when you look deeper my c12 only gets 5.2 mpg loaded and the c13 gets better at 5.6 mpg loaded. But when i am empty the c12 gets over 10 mpg and the c13 only improves to about 6.5 empty.

At those ratings for each engine and the trucks being '03 freightliner columbia's for the c15 and '05 columbia's for the c13 and both 10 speeds, would there be much difference in pulling power/torque if we are at 80k gross with a 12'6" high steel gondola trailer behind it? any info would surely be appreciated.
