Yes, DACA is c33 but unfortunately that category is not eligible for the automatic 180-day extension. However, I noticed that you filed your renewal application over a year ago, so that seems to be beyond the normal processing time. On the bottom portion of my EAD application receipt, it states certain categories are eligible for an automatic extension, but I can't seem to find any information in regards to category C33 being eligible or not. I got the EAD card through the DACA program so I am aware that its fairly new. Has the Transportation Security Administration not updated their systems with DACA or is it just not an option for us dreamers?

I received notices for both applications and am awaiting for my new card to come in. I did file before my EAD expired.
