2021年8月31日 · SWAT armour and Kevlar vests are great through to mid game, but don't even consider bomb disposal suits. Otherwise, aim for 100% coverage and prioritise leather clothing, touring suits, motorcycle armour and bondage suits.

2022年3月5日 · Armor Armor against Cutting/Bashing. Personal armor protection is, with the exception of a select few bionics and mutations, provided by clothing. The armor system currently provides a damage mitigation against incoming attacks. It is possible to bypass a percentage of armor with criticals, and it is possible to fail to completely penetrate armor.

Approximating armor value is hard, but a rough algorithm helps with finding outliers - armor pieces too weak to matter or too strong not to be used. The formulas presented are rather calculator-unfriendly, but simpler versions will be provided to help with balancing new items.

2022年7月12日 · Armour's also not used exclusively by You, but can be given to NPCs, where the availability of materials and speed to create the armour becomes more important. Equipment doesn't work in cdda like a typical Final-Fantasy/Dragon Warrior style RPG, where you're always looking to upgrade to the "best" of something either.

Cloth pieces that encumber and protect both legs, torso and, in most cases, the arms.
