The CFMAP offers confidential, voluntary, short term counselling to assist with resolving many of today's stresses at home and in the work place. The CFMAP should not be regarded as treatment for mental illness or addictions.

The Member and Family Assistance services is a 24 hour, 7 days a week bilingual telephone and face to face counselling service that is voluntary, confidential, and available to Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members and their families who have personal concerns that affect their well-being and/or work performance.

2004年4月23日 · 3.1 The Canadian Forces Member Assistance Program (CFMAP) is a partnership between DND and Health Canada’s Occupational Health and Safety Agency’s Employee Assistance Service (EAS). The CFMAP offers confidential, voluntary, short-term counselling to assist with resolving many of today’s stresses at home and in the work place.

CFMAP is for members and family members who have concerns that affect their personal well-being and/or work performance such as marital, family, interpersonal, personal and emotional relations, stress and burn-out, harassment, sexual assault, alcohol, drugs and prescription drugs.

Canadian Forces Member Assistance Program (CFMAP) is a voluntary and confidential service, initiated by the CAF to help members (Regular Force, all Reserve Class Members, Cadets and Veterans) and family members who have personal concerns that affect their personal well-being and/or work performance.

To help you better face the reality of an OSI, we aim to connect the family with mental health professionals that can provide ongoing support either through the Canadian Forces Members Assistance Program (CFMAP), the Military Family Resource Centre or in a community setting.
