Well mine is to short b/c the th350 is shorter than the 4l60E. anyone know of a longer aluminium drive shaft that will be like the one i have since mine is a swb it is to short to have cut down.

2018年5月21日 · The problem there is going to be all the C20's were long beds and used a 2pc driveshaft to the bolt on yoke with the center of the 2 pieces drive shaft being where the slip is located. Being a shortbed he most likely is going to need a 1 pc driveshaft with a slip yoke.

2017年4月12日 · if you can find a junkyard or another truck same length with a 3 speed on the column it's the right length and spline for a th350 short shaft.. My dad's 84 short bed c10 had a long tail or 9 inch tail th350 in it and we put in a th350 6 inch short shaft, all bolts up perfectly, just need the driveshaft 3 inches longer.

2016年6月26日 · Just measured my own (stock height 83 SWB K10, 700R4, NP-208 with 3/4 ton SF 9 1/2" ring gear 14 bolt rear). The stock shaft is right at 40 1/2" center-to-center on the u-joints. After adding the 9 1/2" rear end and when fully loaded that drive shaft is dangerously close to ramming into the NP-208.

2010年8月29日 · well the adapter or tail housing is the same bolt pattern for the th350 and the 700r4's. In 4x4 applications, unless you want to move the crossmember and such you can buy an adapter/spacer that is around 1-1/2 to 2 inches thick, and the right length shaft to swap a th350 right in place of a 700r4 4x4.
