2021年1月30日 · Chief Bass has made a disappointing mess. She praised an Airmen without any regard for the truth or the other airmen involved. She reposted the Airmen's story trashing her ex husband on Facebook. Once she received criticism for the post, Chief Bass removed the Airmen's words, deleted comments, and stood by her post.

Chief Bass made a good point that if senior leaders are not on social media, maybe impostors would be. That being said, some posts are better than others. Reply reply

Chief bass has had a majority of her support lost by what she’s said on Facebook, and quite frankly, it’s deserved. But bottom line, playing the minority card is not an excuse for a person to be a poor leader, and for others to have a lack of accountability.

Imagine if Bass and Wright switched places, people would've been like "man Chief Bass is great! So glad that Cody guy is gone!", then Wright would've came and it would've been "why am I so lucky to be in a time of two good Chiefs one after the other!"

Some dude commented 'Is it Bass or Bass' and she responded to the dude with something along the lines of 'we'll talk to you and your leadership on monday'. The dude came back a couple days later to 'apologize' for his actions on social media, we all know he was forced to.

2021年12月20日 · CMSAF Bass was the Chief of Enlisted Developmental Education when the course 14/15 requirement was removed. She advocated for the removal and it is rumored that her opinion held a lot of sway in the decision to remove the requirement.

2021年8月30日 · Chief Bass made clear that she personally objected to Rynearson’s comment. Shortly after Rynearson replied to Chief Bass’s post, she responded, “you couldn’t be more wrong, my friend.” Within hours, Rynearson’s posts were deleted, and he was banned from commenting on the CMSAF Facebook page and from messaging the page.
