2011年2月20日 · Try some Chimay Grande Reserve (Brown and Gold Label) from the 80's and be prepared to have your jaws drop. Oxidation and all...much better than the stuff produced now. The biggest hit to Chimay was the Red Cap....I drank more of that stuff than anything else in the 90's...and when they changed it...they destroyed it.
