He worries that Chronepsis, sole inhabitant of this realm, will change his humor. I am reluctant to leave. I have never been in the presence of a god before, even a scaled one like Chronepsis.

Dionysus, Hera, Bes (somehow), Hathor have 43. every other diety in the DDG has less than 40 Cha. i guess i could see raising the Cha for these three dragon deities, but probably not as high as you propose. will...
