Typhon, also known as Chupon, is a character in Final Fantasy VI. He is Ultros's partner, and though he is unintelligible and unintelligent, possesses terrific power. Typhon flies Ultros to the Blackjack when the party engages the Imperial Air Force over the Floating Continent.

Use your most powerful Fire and Bolt spells (fire 2 gets a lot of damage) on Ultros. Take out Ultros first and then go for Chupon. Fire spells heal Chupon so don't use them anymore, use Ice spells instead.

Typhon is a reoccurring character from Final Fantasy, making his first appearance in Final Fantasy VI.
