We now serve the chronically homeless, low income disabled families, non-program housing, the HIV community, the disabled, and Veterans. Serving over 250 individuals and families in Stanislaus, Merced and Tulare counties, CICV is proud to do our share in making the world a more positive place by helping the most vulnerable in our community.
