Community Impact Central Valley's Permanent Supportive Housing program is designed to meet the needs of the chronically homeless disabled community. Visit the CICV office to fill out an Eligibility Questionnaire. An Eligibilty Specialist will call applicants for an appointment if they meet the program requirements.
