my DMZ switch is connected to my firewall with a 1G uplink , we brought a new WAF but it can only connect with 10G connection. I was wondering if connecting this waf to my DMZ switch would cause bandwidth issue and clog our DMZ switch uplink?

2020年6月25日 · Other than the core function of this extra layer (SSL termination and the core WAF), it can inject X-Forwarded-For field in HTTP to record the original source IP address, so even if the FTD is NAT'ing the traffic and changing the IP address in layer 3, the web server can still have visibility on the source IP address in HTTP XFF field.
