The British Rail Class 745 FLIRT is a class of electric multiple unit passenger train, built by Stadler as part of the FLIRT family. The class is built for Greater Anglia for use on their inter-city services and the Stansted Express services.

The Class 745 is a modern electric multiple unit (EMU) manufactured by Stadler between 2018 and 2020. It is a part of their FLIRT ("Fast Light Intercity and Regional Trains") family of trains, and are the longer, intercity counterpart of the Class 755 .

2019年2月28日 · Stadler will produce the Class 745 units of two types: 745/0 with a seating capacity for 757 passengers (10 vehicles) and 745/1 for 767 passengers (10 vehicles). The ordered longish units will run on both the Stansted Express route and the London-Norwich Intercity service.

The 12-car Class 745s are all electric sets. The main line units will seat 757 while the airport sets will seat 767. The sets are formed of six two-car semi articulated sections, with driving cabs only at the outer ends of section 1 and 6.
