Fus'ha is a subset of the language of ancient Arabs (Quranic Arabic). We can identify three types of arabic. Colloqial Arabic (the arabic of the region, which differs from place to place, is different in Dubai, Riyadh, Cairo etc.). This is similar to English being spoken differently in New York and Texas. Fus'ha (the classical arabic).
