Programs introduce trainees to various aspects of clinical and translational research, including preclinical research, clinical research, clinical implementation and public health. The Mayo Clinic Center for Clinical and Translational Science (CCaTS) offers a wide range of workforce development topics for internal and external learners in clinical and translational research. This includes physicians, scientists, nurses, clinical research coordinators, and others working in clinical or research roles.

We provide the competency, credentialing, and career development to prepare a diverse clinical and translational science workforce. Training is available in multiple formats, including graduate courses, seminars, conferences, and online training and credentialing programs to foster collaborative and transdisciplinary career development.
