2014年11月11日 · A new running track has just opened in the village of Clondrohid to the north-west of Macroom in Mid-Cork. With assistance from West Cork Development Partnership (€199,290) and Cork County Council (€15,000) and the support of Airtricty, this new 250m floodlit track is a very welcome development for local athletes and runners.

In 2011 Clondrohid Recreational Facilities Ltd completed the development of a 80m x 35m Astro Pitch beside the dressing rooms. This development has proved to be a very popular facility for all ages and sports around the parish and West Muskerry region. A running track was added in 2014 and more recently a suite of outdoor gym equipment was added.

Can the Clondrohid running track only be used during daylight?? Thank in advance.

The camp will cater for 5 to 13 year olds, and will be held in Clondrohid Track and Astroturf facility, from 10am to 2pm daily. Further information for the summer camp is available by calling the club's phone on 087 7874554, or Collette O'Riordan on 086 3517204.

We are also very lucky to have such fantastic resources available to us such as the use of a Sensory Room, an equipped Gymnasium with O.T equipment, the Astro Turf, running track and the kitchen for baking.
