The EMD GP35 is a 4-axle diesel-electric locomotive built by General Motors Electro-Motive Division between July 1963 and December 1965 and by General Motors Diesel between May 1964 and January 1966. The locomotive's power was provided by an EMD 567D3A 16-cylinder engine which generated 2,500 horsepower (1,860 kW)

Over 1300 built from 1963 to 1966. GP-35 Locomotive features: Finely cut body and details, operating headlight. Die cast frame, steel wheels operating couplers and a three position electronic reverse unit with all AC hi-rail versions. Efficient flywheel drive system.

2020年5月23日 · This is an Athearn Blue Box kit GP35 in the livery of CNW #853. The CNW shell arrived separately along with a powered Erie Lackawanna example. The EL shell is already off to friend of mine and the CNW shell now sits on the powered Chassis.
