1.5 oz Coconut Cartel Blanco Rum.75 oz Lime Juice.5 oz Simple Syrup Fresh Mint Club Soda. Muddle fresh mint in a shaker. Add rum, lime juice, and simple syrup and shake with ice. Strain over fresh ice in a highball glass. Top with club soda and garnish with mint leaves.
