2024年2月25日 · الكودين هو أحد القلويات الموجودة في بذور الخشخاش. يتم استخدامه كمسكن للأغراض المسكنة وكمضاد للسعال. علاج أعراض الآلام ذات الشدة المتوسطة إلى الشديدة التي لا تستجيب لاستخدام المسكنات الطرفية وحدها. الجرعة اليومية القصوى من الباراسيتامول هي 3 غرام. تبلغ الجرعة اليومية الموصى بها من الباراسيتامول حوالي 60 مجم / كجم / يوم ، تقسم إلى 4 أو 6 جرعات.
