Dec 1, 2023 · In this work, a flower-like COF fiber membrane (PAN@COF FM) for adsorbing Aflatoxin B 1 was fabricated using a simple approach. The COF was grown on the surface of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) skeleton using the in situ growth method. Then, the AFB 1 adsorption performance of the prepared membrane and the underlying adsorption mechanism were studied.

Recent studies have highlighted the effectiveness of various COFs, such as PL-GOx-Fe 3 O 4 @COF, PAN@COF FM, COF@MIP, F-COF, JNU-7, CX4-Tph-COF, magnetic COF, and Fe 3 O 4-incorporated COFs, in removing mycotoxins. These COFs operate through various physical and chemical interactions, achieving high adsorption efficiencies.
