Jun 13, 2010 · So 95% of the time M855 ammo is capable of grouping within a 1.7" circle at 100 yards while the M4 only has to demonstrate enough accuracy to hit within a 5.24" circle at 100 yards when shooting M855 ammo. And at best, M855 is no where near 1 MOA accuracy, but it is far more accurate than the very mediocre milspec for the M4.
