2014年1月2日 · CC updated their coverage map (I noticed it last week for the first time) to look like AT&T’s. Areas that were in white a few weeks ago (such as Nebraska) are now light orange, indicating roaming. The map doesn’t look like the wayback February 13th map, but it’s essentially showing the same thing, confirming that it was only a map mistake.

2012年4月27日 · I switched to Consumer Cellular with two phones after several years with one AT&T Go phone. The cost for the second phone is much lower. Nevertheless, I will take another look at costs asssociated with other 2-phone plans. However, with respect to clarity and coverage I can say from experience that Consumer Cellular is as good as AT&T.

2005年12月15日 · The reason I was asking about Consumer Cellular speeds is from my understanding AT&T makes all ALL MVNOs route data through a proxy server -- even their own MVNO, Cricket. Yet Consumer Cellular claims to have "access" to all of AT&T's postpaid network.

Gets priority data like Consumer Cellular but you would get 10GB for $30 which drops to $27 with autopay and as an added bonus, they give unlimited at 256Kbps after that which, while slow, is actually usable for anything but video or high quality music streaming.

2017年7月25日 · The phone is a ZTE flip. Model number unknown but saw one at the Consumer Cellular website and it says ZTE on the back. Does anyone know what the actual model name/number is of this phone? The coverage map shows solid 4g LTE coverage for our town so that doesn't seem to be much concern. She didn't order a plan with data.

2023年4月9日 · If it was purchased through Consumer Cellular, it will have the bands for both networks. However their phones are locked to their network and require a minimum of six months on CC and then the owner has to request an unlock.

There is the APN issue though, and as wonderful as their customer service is, they do not have a broad range of experience with lots of different LTE devices in the Android world, so if you run into that come here for example APNs to try, there are several threads at the moment to Google ...
