Room Simulation — Pyroomacoustics 0.8.3 documentation
We will first walk through the steps to simulate a shoebox-shaped room in 3D. We use the ISM is to find all image sources up to a maximum specified order and room impulse responses (RIR) are generated from their positions. The code for the full example can be found in examples/room_from_rt60.py.

2023年9月4日 · However, the conventional RGI technique poses several assumptions, such as convex room shapes, the number of walls known in priori, and the visibility of first-order reflections. In this work, we introduce the RGI-Net which can estimate room geometries without the aforementioned assumptions.
Convex space - Wikipedia
In mathematics, a convex space (or barycentric algebra) is a space in which it is possible to take convex combinations of any sets of points. [1][2] A convex space can be defined as a set equipped with a binary convex combination operation for each satisfying:

"Our software can build a 3D map of a simple, convex room with a precision of a few millimeters," explains PhD student Ivan Dokmanić. Randomly placed microphones
We show how to compute the shape of a convex polyhedral room from its re-sponse to a known sound, recorded by a few microphones. Geo-metric relationships between the arrival times of echoes enable us to “blindfoldedly estimate the room geometry. This is achieved ” by exploiting the properties of Euclidean distance matrices.
