Just head over to Costco.com and select Orders & Returns near the top of the page. Log in using your email address and password. Log in using your email address and password. Once in Orders & Purchases , select the time period you want to view.

Or, you can select Orders & Returns on the Costco.com homepage and sign in with your email address and password. If the Order Status still shows "Order Placed", your order is still being processed. It’ll change to "Shipped" once it’s turned over to the shipper and has tracking information available.
