People’s Village Project FAQ - C O T S
The People’s Village is be located at 900 Hopper Street, Petaluma, and will be operated by COTS. The intent is for residents to work actively with a Housing Navigator and Case Manager to secure permanent housing.
Community Housing - C O T S
COTS’ Community Housing offers a variety of permanent supportive housing options for individuals and families throughout Sonoma County. These units are funded by the County of Sonoma, federal funding sources, local healthcare providers, and generous community donations.
COTS-mas - C O T S
COTS’ programming transformed the lives of 109 children last year alone, and our Kids First Family Shelter remains the only shelter dedicated to serving families in Southern Sonoma County.
