Jun 27, 2012 · I am offering up a frag of the crayola meltdown chalice. This is by far the nicest chalice I have ever owned. The combination of colors is amazing on this piece. I have a pic of the mother colony which is NFS, the frag is wysiwyg. It is encrusted on a 1.25” disc and has been healed for almost 2 months.

Crayola just happens to be the most quality and most common. Kids draw with crayons mostly because if you set a crayon on the couch it isn't going to have ink soak into the couch like a marker would. Kids aren't careful with their drawing and compared to markers or pens crayons are pretty clean and easy to use.

But washable crayola markers (I use the fine tip ones) have ALWAYS worked well for me. And I always fall back on them because they are easy, no fuss. Nice obvious bold line, multiple colors to go over different colors of fabric. I stick to similar colors when I can (so blue on blue, yellow on white, red on pink, etc).

Apr 26, 2022 · The bases I made weren’t as crisp as milliput but were fine. I covered them in a coat of mod podge which worked well. The problem with air dry crayola is that it’s not strong enough to glue to directly, instead requiring pinning to the substrate which is a major inconvenience. Maybe you had a bad batch or tried to make raised, sharp details.
