2011年3月16日 · I just started back on creatine and last night about an hour or so after my workout/creatine i took a shower and my nose started bleeding.Then today in gym when i got out of the shower it started bleeding again.

2005年3月3日 · Hi everybody, I know that when I have used olive oil late in the night, it would keep me up ALL FREAKING NIGHT because of all the energy it gave me. It also makes my body temperature go way up. Which is a good thing during the day, but not at night. Flax doesn't seem to do this, so I use it at night with no problem. Anybody use fish oil late night?
