Christy is an active investor and entrepreneur. She was the CEO of the ATEK Companies from 2001-2011, leading 7 diverse manufacturing businesses. She and her team grew ATEK Medical into one of the leading finished medical device outsource suppliers in the world.

Peak to Peak Leadership was inspired by Christy Orris’ Henry Crown Fellowship at the Aspen Institute and her husband Jay’s involvement with the Aspen Global Leadership Network. Their experiences at the Aspen Institute introduced them to a methodology designed to dig deep into complicated societal and leadership issues.
