The Crusty Cob is a well-established bakery in Exeter, Devon which has been run by the same family of Bakers since 1969. We care about the traditional craft of artisan baking and our aim is to produce high quality additive free breads of all shapes and sizes.

The Crusty Cob (Creations) Ltd has been based in Devon for 55 years of operation and run by four generations of the Tubbs family. The current directors are Neil Tubbs, Howard Tubbs and Trudy Tubbs.

A media statement from the Exeter-based business said “after 55 years of operations and four generations of the Tubbs family, the three directors have made the difficult decision to close our doors”.
