我测了一个CuSbS2薄膜的XPS谱，用XPSpeak分峰拟合的时候，Cu2p高分辨谱的背底扣的不好，用的是Shirley基线，然后做2p1（951.78）和2p3（931.88）的拟合，由于2p1处的基线太低，单峰拟合不上，但是峰的对称性挺好的。 像这样的情况扣背底可以两个峰分开扣吗？ 峰对称性很好的时候是不是不需要拟合了？ 望熟悉XPS的大神帮忙解答.
