European Mise en Place Cup The EMCup is the annual competition between the best European Hospitality Management Schools that takes place in Maastricht. In 2025, we welcome you on Sunday, February 9 and Monday, February 10 for the 17th edition of the EMCup.

The 16th edition of the European Mise en Place Cup (EMCup) took place on Sunday February 4th and Monday February 5th in the international city of Maastricht. This edition's theme was “When artifical intelligence meets human intelligence - The rise of a new generation”.

Scheduled to be in the even-numbered year between FIFA World Cup tournaments, it was originally called the European Nations' Cup before changing to its current name in 1968. Since 1996, the individual events have been branded as "UEFA Euro [year]".
