Now when I try doing it through Personalisation, it tells me to download Media Player to add custom background. I downloaded Media Player and it won't read the files that I have saved. On the Info page on the Club you have a Customize button and via that customize button you can add/change the background image and it will show a Choose a custom picture button, which will allow you to select an image from the PC.

Ironsight, I am afraid that what you are requesting is something totally impossible since the background you see on your console is a local image, the screenshots and Xbox clips are deleted after 90 days from the Xbox network and it is no longer possible to recover any of those records.
