I started a new playthrough on 2.0, when I got skippy I chose puppy-loving pacifist mode so i could switch it to stone-cold killer later, skippy always aims for the legs but I get headshots all the time anyways. After 50 kills skippy said it's switching to puppy-loving pacifist mode, even though that's the mode I was on.

I've now definitely gotten well above 50 kills in headshots only mode, and nothing is happening. Can't put it in my stash either. EDIT: I must be horrible at math or a completely foolish idiot.
