D.Ako is basically just Ako but with an AoE Crit buff. As a generic support, you should always raise her Basic Skill first for better scaling on DEF debuffs. However, if you plan to unlock UE40 then both Basic and Sub Skill should be leveled, as D.Ako does a respectable amount of damage.
