2011年3月24日 · From what I understand, DWDR can't balance an image the same way that true WDR can. Real WDR lightens dark spots and dims bright areas to bring a whole image into balance. Digital WDR is capable of bringing up dark spots, but can't lower the level of bright spots. I would guess that SWDR is the opposite.

All shots are reduced by 50%. WDR off, bright afternoon with dark shadows - lots of detail lost in the shadow. WDR on, set at 1, starting to brighten up the shadows a bit.

2013年5月30日 · I was running my cams with WDR set at 50 during the day, but the night image was terrible, so I ended up dropping it down to about 20, decreasing the contrast (the traditional fix for this on non-WDR cams), and turning up the noise reduction to 100. This made for a decent compromise between night and day.
