I think the only "serious" use of a d1 is when an ability or mechanic affects dice damage but not bonus damage. (For example I forget which systems, but in some crits only double the dice rolled but not the damage from your STR/DEX and other static bonuses). So you could give an attack bonus damage of a 1d1, so the crit doubles that to 2d1.

Ooh, I wonder if they'll ever update that random dice roller at the side of the screen there? I notice that it only goes down to d4 and I don't think an electronic d1 roller exists yet- that could be a big gap in the market for those random dice roller apps- after all, we all need to roll on a random chart with only one option at some point, and not all of us can afford those shiny Möbius ...

2017年1月11日 · Again, the d1 can duplicate any pickup. The d1+hierophant synergy I described above works exactly the same way with d1+balls of steel as well. This means that the d1 can also do everything that the placebo can do. The d1 can act as both a blank card and a placebo combined into a single item, using the same amount of charges and everything.

(Available on Shapeways) I've always had this vision of a (very) long dice chain (say, up to d50), which I noticed the dice market didn't really focus on. That's why I decided to take matters into my own hands.

The other guy is saying that weighted dice refers to any die with a weight inserted inside it, which can be inferred to be what Vsauce is referring to. I also think of weighted dice in that manner. You think that weighted dice means that one side has more weight.

2021年9月30日 · Before, it would start as a random die on pickup, then change to another random one when (every time) you use it. Now you can actually toggle which of the numbered dice you want by pressing the drop key. It's great in that I only need one item to let me harness the power of the D1, D6, and D20 - all great dice for breaking Greed/Greedier.
