Laura B. Sprague School is a preschool through second-grade building. Sprague has received national recognition for excellence in education as a Blue Ribbon School. The school has received this achievement twice - 1986 and 1996. The school mascot is the Wildcat. Sprague is named after the first teacher in Lake County, Laura B. Sprague.

Half Day School is a third through fifth-grade building. Half Day has received national recognition for excellence in education as a Blue Ribbon School. The school has received this achievement three times - 2001, 2010, and 2016. The school mascot is the Hawk.
