For ie: I fill in the Name and Address in my first form, save the item to list, then when I go to the next form these fields will have the value I entered in the first form.

Issue arises when i go to list and create a custom form and without even making any change to it try to put email address in the people picker field and hit check name button, it does not recognize it and says " No exact match was found"
