2016年4月11日 · Your 10K does have the 4.75" bore D333C engine. The later one is the 3306 with its own serial number but most specs are the same. It is the earlier D6C with an "A" in the serial number prefix which has the old 4.5" bore D333B.

2019年2月16日 · The D6C,from memory, should have a Maximum Inlet Relief Valve setting of 115 +/- 5 PSI at 4-5 GPM set on a Test Bench--normally do not reach this pressure in normal operation--cold oil protection RV. Normal operating pressure would be expected to be about 10-20 PSI above T/C Outlet Valve pressure setting.

I have a Friend who purchased a cat D6C and was questioning me about the fluids it required. as far as I could find out the Final drives should have TDTO 50 or SAE 50 meeting TO 4 requirements. transmission TDTO 30 or SAE 30 hydraulic system a quality 10wt hydraulic oil and Engine oil just a Quality Diesel engine oil like Shell Rotella.

It was indeed a continuity problem... but in a perplexing way. 2 wires that are hooked together come off the alternator. they go through a conduit, one to the heat/start, the other to the lights. there was no continuity on the one to heat/start. it's ...

2008年12月19日 · Don't have specs David, the bushings for the shaft are free to move in the housing aswell as on the shaft. This is to share the surface speeds of high RPM's. Therefore the shaft will move up and down slightly, it should spin freely aswell. Look for any pieces broken off the impeller or turbine.

2022年1月22日 · I have a 71 D6C, when I got it leaked from hydraulic tank. The previous owner put regular ol hyd oil for a tractor in it. I have not used dozer in a couple years and a majority of that fluid has leaked out. I have searched and searched and cannot find anyone that agrees on what goes in this machines hydraulic system.
